Accessibility Statement
What we do to make this site usable by everyone, and how to tell us when it is not.

1. Our commitment
Uberbinder Limited wants everyone to be able to use this website, whatever their abilities or the device they use. The site was designed mobile first, with clear type, strong colour contrast, a consistent structure of headings and landmarks, visible keyboard focus, and text alternatives for images. Motion on the site respects the "reduce motion" setting in your operating system.
2. Conformance
Our aim is for the site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We test with a keyboard, with screen readers on macOS and iOS, and with automated checks as part of building the site. We are not aware of any part of the site that fails level AA, but we would rather hear about problems than assume there are none.
3. Known limitations
- The Roadmap to Net Zero fold-out map is offered as a PDF of a printed piece and may not read well with a screen reader. If you need its content in another form, ask us and we will provide it.
- Videos embedded in announcements play in YouTube's or Vimeo's own player, whose accessibility we do not control. Captions depend on what the publisher has provided.
- Some photographs supplied by partners carry short descriptions rather than full ones.
4. Feedback
If you find something you cannot use, or have a suggestion, please tell us. Email is best; say which page you were on and what happened, and the assistive technology you use if any. We aim to reply within five working days.
