Uberbinder, Inc. was founded in Delaware in 2019 as a Public Benefit Corporation, and holds the group's intellectual property and funding. Uberbinder Limited, incorporated in the UK in 2021, is our operational headquarters at the Materials Innovation Factory in Liverpool, where technical development and operations run.
